Sea Freight Operation Assistant (3~6 months contract)

Responsibilities:

• To perform daily import operational activity (which includes follow-up with customer and origin).
• Ensure all import processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures and instructions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely preparation of documents for customs clearance, inward permit applications, delivery order, packing list for import/export and third-party consignments in compliance with customer requirements and import/export regulations are met.
• To prepare and provide accurate billing/invoicing to customers accordingly and as per schedule including COD customers.
• To ensure to provide accurate information for GST and custom declaration.

Details:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Paya Lebar (walking distance to MRT)
• Up to $3800
• 6 Months / min 3 months

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sea freight import operations
• Familiar with shipping and has knowledge of import procedures and customs regulations
