MARINE SALES MANAGER
Southeast Asia | Based in Singapore
Our client is a well-established international player in the marine services industry, with a growing footprint across Southeast Asia. Aspart of an ambitious regional growth plan, they are looking for a commercially driven Marine Sales Manager to build a strong new-business pipeline and helpshape the future of the business across the region.
This is a high-visibility role for a results-oriented sales professional who enjoysthe autonomy of managing a territory, building long-term customer relationships, and being a genuine driver of regional strategy — not just executing someone else's plan.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the General Manager – Southeast Asia (based in Singapore), you will take ownership of expanding the client's presence across the region and play a central role in planning future business growth. Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new customers will be key to your success — and to the client's.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Identify new customer opportunities and win new business from existing and prospective accounts, achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth
• Contribute directly to regional strategy, market plans, and the business planning cycle
• Deliver value-added customer service and innovative solutions to a diverse customer base
• Define and implement account plans to grow sales with both current and potential customers and distributors
• Provide accurate, timely forecasts, commentary, and activity plans across your portfolio
• Manage accounts and credit procedures in line with contract terms and company guidelines
• Work closely with the technical services team to provide technical support and advice to customers
• Use market intelligence and customer relationships to keep management informed on demand, competitor activity, and pricing
• Monitor budgets to ensure financial targets and controls are met
• Track customer feedback to maximise satisfaction and profitability
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including HSSEQ and ethics standards
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Maritime-related discipline (preferred)
• 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally within the marine sector or a related industry
• A track record of over-achieving sales targets as a high-performing sales professional
• Strong business acumen, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A results-oriented, solutions-focused mindset and up-to-date knowledge of market trends
• Familiarity with the marine business and supply chain is an advantage
• Willingness to travel locally (Class 3 Singapore driving licence preferred) and occasionally overseas
• Comfortable being based in Tuas, Singapore
