Sea Freight Operations Executive
to support and manage end-to-end sea freight import and export operations. The role involves close coordination with customers, shipping lines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective shipment handling. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end import/export operations, including drafting HBL/HAWB, MBL/MAWB, manifesting, billing, cost entry, shipment tracking, and pre-alerts to overseas counterparts.
Accurately prepare key export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, B/L, AWB, C/O, L/C, and other required shipping forms.
Coordinate shipping arrangements with customers, agents, subcontractors, port operators, and trucking companies both locally and overseas.
Maintain and update customer contact information to support service excellence.
Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, releasing, and labeling of goods.
Adhere to customer requirements and internal SOPs.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to communicate updates or issues, especially for air freight matters.
Take on other tasks assigned by Management when needed.
