Seasonal Assistant Store Manager

We are currently hiring an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help lead our team at the Pittsburgh People's Gas Holiday Market! Successful candidates will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in retail management.

Employment dates: Nov 7th - December 26th
Hours: 30-40 per week
The Assistant Store Manager’s responsibilities include:
- Motivating and training staff
- Assisting in scheduling and schedule issues
- Manage replenishment and backstock
- Effectively manage customer service issues
- Create and uphold excellent visual displays and standards
- Ability to work and stand in a busy retail environment for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 25lbs and team lift 50lbs
