Seasonal Catering Sales Coordinator- TASTE HQ

The Specialty Catering Coordinator at TASTE supports the planning, coordination, and execution of specialty catering orders through our headquarters-based catering operation.

Working closely with guests, culinary teams, TASTE store teams, and delivery staff, the Specialty Catering Coordinator serves as a key point of contact throughout the catering process. This position coordinates specialty catering orders fulfilled through our headquarters kitchen while also partnering with TASTE stores to fulfill café catering orders, ensuring a seamless experience for every guest.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour plus tips!

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate specialty catering orders from initial inquiry through successful delivery
• Review and process online catering orders, contacting guests to confirm order details, event requirements, delivery information, and special requests
• Serve as a primary point of contact for catering guests, providing prompt, professional, and friendly service
• Assist guests with menu selections and recommendations
• Route café catering orders to the appropriate TASTE store locations and communicate order details accurately
• Work closely with TASTE store teams, kitchen staff, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of catering orders
• Deliver catering orders when needed
• Safely operate company vehicles or personal vehicles for catering deliveries in accordance with company policies
• Complete other duties as assigned

Schedule

• Regular schedule: Thursday through Sunday, 10:00am-2:00pm
• Schedule may vary based on catering volume and business needs
