Seasonal Chef de Partie

Looking to step up in your culinary career? We’re on the lookout for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a 32-hour seasonal contract through to September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your own section, work alongside experienced chefs, and be part of a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.

👨‍🍳 Your role:
Take responsibility for your section, ensuring high-quality food standardsPrepare, cook, and present dishes in line with our specificationsWork closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to keep service running smoothlyMaintain excellent hygiene, safety, and food handling standardsSupport team members and step up when needed
