Seasonal- Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Season: September through April
Position Overview
Beaudry Oil & Propane is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our Elk River office. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers through telephone, email, and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates professionally, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with questions, requests, orders, and general account information
- Provide friendly and professional service through telephone, email, and in-person interactions
- Enter customer orders and service requests accurately and efficiently
- Verify pricing, billing and delivery information, credit status, product availability, lead times, and tracking information
- Listen carefully to customer needs and determine the appropriate action
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Direct product- or service-related questions to the appropriate employee or department
- Stay informed about company products, services, programs, and special offers
- Maintain accurate customer and company records
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requests are handled promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned
