Pay & Schedule

• $27.00/hour base, $40.50/hour overtime
• Additional safety and quality bonus at $1 per hour available, totaling $28.00 per hour
• 7:45 AM start: get rolling early and keep your evenings
• About 10-hour shifts, 4–6 days per week
• Plenty of overtime available through the holidays

What You Need

• 21+ with a valid driver's license (no CDL required)

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Reliable and available through the holiday peak season

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and deliver 300+ packages a day

• Comfortable using a handheld device for GPS routing

• Able to pass pre-employment screening

The Work

• Residential, rural, and light commercial routes

• All weather, with stairs and frequent in-and-out of the van

• Safety first: this job is about a steady, safe pace, not speed

Who We're Looking For

Whether you're an experienced delivery driver, courier, or route driver, or you're new to driving jobs, this is a great fit. No CDL and no prior delivery experience required — we provide paid training. This entry-level, non-CDL driver job is ideal for anyone looking for seasonal work, holiday jobs, full-time hours, or a fresh start with a local company. If you've worked in package delivery, food delivery, warehouse, retail, customer service, or as a van or box truck driver, your skills carry over.
