Seasonal DOT Delivery Driver Part-Time

We have DOT driving positions available:

• 16'/ 26' box trucks as Delivery Driver + helper team/ vehicle (DOT NON-CDL).

• Starting pay at $25.50/ hr for DOT drivers (Various Vehicles Driven. Cargo Van, Box Truck, ETC.)
• Part time, up to 2 days a week. Shifts available Monday - Sunday. 3rd Day possible!

What you'll do:

• Safely operate your delivery vehicle at all times
• Lift up to 300lbs with help (2 person team, lifting equipment)
• Lift up to 70lbs by yourself
• Maintain ongoing communication with dispatcher during your route
• Use a handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area
• Help with the load out process in the morning
• Handle customer packages with care
• Daily stops range from 50-70 stops per day
• Complete a full local route of residential stops each shift, carrying packages from the truck to the customer's door
• Park, load and unload safely on residential streets
• Get in and out of the vehicle repeatedly throughout a 9–11 hour shift
• Work outdoors in all weather
• Comfortable with repeated lifting, carrying and walking to the door for the full shift, with or without reasonable accommodation

You must be:

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• 21 years of age
• Valid Driver's License from state with residence. Good driving record is MANDATORY
• Complete a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Must be fluent in English when applying for a DOT driver position (Federal Req.)
