We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Seasonal Ecom Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team during our busy season. In this role, you'll be a key part of our order fulfillment operation — helping ensure every customer order is processed accurately, shipped on time, and backed by excellent service from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both hands-on order processing and direct customer interaction.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, responsive customer service via phone and email
- Process Ecom orders accurately and efficiently through our fulfillment system
- Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy before shipment
- Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries, questions, and concerns
- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate regularly with leadership on order status, issues, and daily fulfillment progress
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Flag and escalate order or product issues as needed
