Seasonal Football Operations Coordinator (REHIRES)
Summary/Objective:
- Support the football operations team and coordinate with other departments to deliver game day operations at the highest professional level.
Responsibilities:
- Confirm support staff for all camera and audio crews for weekly games.
- Communicate each club’s policies and procedures relating to credentialing, parking, and security
- Need a thorough understanding and commitment to coordinating COVID protocols as determined by each stadium based on League policies and state/local requirements.
- Must anticipate last minute crew changes and deal effectively with obstacles and adapt quickly to change.
- Coordinate & communicate effectively with travel department any air, hotel, or ground transportation needs
- Document in detail, specifics required for games and provide those details to crews
- Prepare and track FedEx shipments to crew members and resolve any delivery exceptions.
- Monitor, track and approve timecards, coordinate with HR to ensure background checks and paperwork is completed before hiring.
- Coordinate with courier company all details required for prompt recovery of media from games.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation of game media is provided to crews.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years production experience preferred
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Teams
