We are currently seeking a
Host/Greeter for our Providence Christmas Pop-up Event.
Our Pop-up Event runs November 27th through December 23rd.
It will be open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays with shifts starting at 3:45pm.
The pop-up hours are 4:00pm-10:00pm.
Position is paid $18.00 hourly is a great seasonal position for extra income through the holidays.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties may be assigned)

Greet and seat guests upon arrival

Use the Tock reservation system (light training provided) to check-in guests, manage seating and turn times, and monitor table statuses

Monitor and manage walk-ins and waitlists

Support service team by assisting with bussing and resetting tables as needed
REQUIREMENTS

Professional appearance

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Ability to stay organized within a fast-paced environment

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
- Occasionally remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Constantly moving about to accomplish tasks
- Constantly adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions.
- Constantly communicating with others to exchange information.
- Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
