Seasonal Material Handler

About the role

We are seeking reliable Seasonal Material Handlers to helps move, organize, and prepare materials to support our printing and book production operations during peak season.

Day Shift: 5:30 AM–4:00 PM & Night Shift: 4:00 PM–2:30 AM

Monday–Saturday, based on production needs

What you'll do

• Deliver paper, book components, and supplies to assigned production stations.
• Load and unload materials and move completed jobs between departments.
• Assist machine operators with preparing, sorting, and stacking materials.
• Check materials for visible damage or defects and report concerns.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions to help meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions, work with a team, and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and safely move materials throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful; training is provided.

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time, seasonal — November through January
