Seasonal Media Operations Specialist (REHIRES)
Summary/Objective:
In conjunction with daily Remote Media Operations responsibilities, the Media Operations Specialist is specifically designed to facilitate unique projects that require a media specialist on or near the shoot location.
Responsibilities:
- Test and keep inventory of DIT and Wrangler equipment
- Communicate with Media Management to appropriately notify daily expected media deliveries
- Document and vault all cards and pertinent information regarding shoot details
- Ingest media cards into designated storage devices for transferring files via VTN or Media Shuttle workflow
- Communicate with director, cinematographer, and production manager on all logistics of the shoot and file delivery
- Report all media to the Footage Flow app, which is visible to all NFL Films employees
- Verify that all media is delivered and accounted for prior to returning camera cards
- Willing to travel or be on call throughout the duration of various shoots
- Help recruit and staff new DITs and Wranglers for upcoming football season
- Prep OneNote and SharePoint for upcoming football season
Required Education and Experience:
- College degree preferred, with a concentration in film or television production
- Applicants should have advanced computer skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs, especially Office, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience with OffShoot or other media ingest applications
- Experience with Media Shuttle
