Seasonal Media Return Assistant (REHIRES)
Overview /Objective:
The Seasonal Media Return Assistant provides in-season support to Field Operations by coordinating the return of media from NFL Games. This role also assists with truck shipment coordination for Super Bowl and provides occasional support for the NFL Fleet.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate media returns from NFL Games, including helping map out the courier plans and picking up the media upon arrival at local airports
- Track media movement and follow up on outstanding returns until complete.
- Coordinate Super Bowl truck shipments, including schedules, shipping details, and communication with internal partners.
- Provide occasional support for NFL Fleet needs, including tracking, communication, and basic administrative coordination.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in production coordination, field operations, logistics, media operations, or a related support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines during NFL season and other high-volume periods.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using shared documents, tracking tools, email, and scheduling systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting NFL Games, sports production, transportation logistics, or live events.
- Familiarity with media return workflows, shipping coordination, or fleet-related support.

Physical Demands:
Primarily office-based. May require occasional movement of production-related items and extended computer use.
Travel:
Travel would be limited to local markets.
Terms /Expected Hours of Work:
This position is an estimate 30-40 hours per week throughout the season.
