Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Seasonal Open Enrollment Case Manager to join our team in Waxahachie, TX. This temporary position plays a critical role during the open enrollment period by assisting employees and clients with benefits enrollment, resolving case issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist employees and clients with open enrollment questions and concerns via phone, email, or in-person.
• Review and process enrollment forms and documentation accurately and timely.
• Investigate and resolve case issues related to benefits enrollment, eligibility, and coverage.
• Collaborate with benefits providers and internal teams to ensure accurate data and timely resolution of cases.
• Maintain detailed records of case activities and communications.
• Provide clear and concise communication to employees regarding their benefits options and enrollment status.
• Support the benefits team with administrative tasks as needed during the open enrollment period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in benefits administration, case management, or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Work Schedule

This is a seasonal position primarily during the open enrollment period. Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends may be required.
