About This Seasonal Position: This is a full-time, temporary seasonal position expected to run for 6-8 months beginning in November 2026. Seasonal team members receive the benefits and time-off programs outlined in the Seasonal Team Member Policy. Seasonal employment does not guarantee continued employment after the seasonal assignment ends.
Position Summary: As part of the packaging team at Brew Dr. Kombucha, you will work with other team members to operate the packaging lines.
Job Responsibilities:
Load empty bottles or cans onto the packaging line safely
Move pallets from one place to another safely
Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks
Operate various pieces of equipment on the packaging line
Quality Control - Constantly check for accuracy; bottled on dates/cans, expiration dates, lot numbers, label height, etc.
Change bottle labels, ensuring accurate height and alignment.
Lift heavy boxes of labels, bottle caps, etc.
Assist the team, and team leaders with various tasks throughout the day. Including but not limited to; routine cleaning, organizing, sanitation, etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
Positive attitude and a team mentality
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Ability to absorb and interpret explicit production directives throughout the day
Good communicator
Physical Requirements:
Be able to stand for long periods of time, 3-4 hours continuously
Frequently lift up 50 lbs, using proper lifting techniques
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this position, the worker may be exposed to inside environmental conditions, hot fluids, pressurized vessels and transfer lines, strong odors, chemicals, noise levels above 85 decibels, confined spaces, refrigerated gases, powered industrial trucks, and moving machinery.
