Seasonal Player Social Marketing Coordinator
Overview /Objective
The NFL is currently seeking a seasonal coordinator to join our NFL Social and Influencer Marketing department focused on supporting the Player Social initiative. This person will support the League’s Player Social program by helping identify and coordinate social content opportunities with players around our League priorities and initiatives. This role will be critical in the program’s efforts around content sharing with players – including working on gamedays including MNF, TNF, and SNF.
The role will focus on elevating helmet-off player storytelling, aligning with the League’s ongoing marketing initiatives, cause campaigns, and international growth. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of and passion for the National Football League, its players, and the intersection of internet culture.
Responsibilities
- Identify and distribute relevant and engaging photo and video content to players, with a heavy focus around game day - working Sundays, Monday Night Football, and Thursday Night Football in-office
- Manage communication with internal and external parties around player needs including content production, event support and off the field initiatives
- Work cross functionally to support integrated NFL marketing campaign efforts, (ie NFL Kickoff, Pro Bowl Votes, My Cause My Cleats, Salute to Service, etc) through custom content and social activations focused on players
- Support with player social ecosystem reporting, best practices, and tracking across key platforms including X, Meta, Snap, and TikTok
- Assist in leading strategy and recap decks around priority NFL events and initiatives
- Support player-related post-production editing of social-first video and graphic content across League and player platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years social media and/or content production experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or influencer marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Expert-level understanding of current and emerging social platforms
- Extensive knowledge of the current landscape of the NFL and its players
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite –including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience producing talent and managing on-set production
- Self-starter who can work effectively in a highly matrixed organization
- Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment
- Detail-oriented individual who executes for success
- Deep understanding of social media platforms including, but not limited to, TikTok, Snap, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook

- A demonstrated ability to identify and create engaging social media content as well as recognize and leverage social moments
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, select holidays, and weekends
