Provide remote customer support and design file corrections for a holiday seasonal role, resolving print issues using Adobe Creative Suite and coordinating with printing facilities to ensure quality.

You WIll:

Research and thoroughly document the root causes of the replacement order.

Proofread and edit design files to fulfill customer orders in service of both productivity and quality expectations.

Reference a wide range of resources to determine the best solution for our customers.

Work directly with customers over email to design and replace original orders.

Work in a production environment to troubleshoot technical, design, and print errors.

Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure we deliver outstanding service
You Have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro. InDesign and Lightroom are a plus.

- During induction day and 3 weeks of training, you must be available 9 am - 6 pm PST. We are unable to accommodate hours outside of this time frame during the first three weeks. After that, shifts will be 9 - 6 pm in your local time. Are you available to work these hours?
