Seasonal Production Associate - 1st Shift, 5am-2:30p

Job Overview
Ever wonder who turns someone's favorite photo into a gallery-worthy print that hangs on their wall for years? That's you. As a Production Associate, you'll get hands-on with every step of making our products: metal, wood, and canvas prints, framed prints, posters, greeting cards, calendars, photo books, and albums. You'll focus on safety, quality, and keeping orders moving, and at the end of every shift you'll be able to see what you helped create.
Join us for our busiest season of the year. This is a seasonal, full-time, non-exempt position (40 hours per week, with overtime available), and strong performers have a real path to a permanent role. Pay is $16 per hour, plus overtime. Multiple shifts available:

5:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Friday
3:30 pm to 12:00 am Monday to Friday

What You'll Do

Build and finish products: install images, trim and cut, apply putty, and assemble or disassemble items
Organize, move, and sort canvas orders; scan and print labels
Inspect, bag and peel, and pack finished products
Measure accurately using tapes, gauges, and rulers
Follow all safety policies and PPE standards, and help teammates do the same
Meet quality standards while keeping up with production goals

What You'll Bring

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. No production experience needed; we'll train you.
Quality-minded, safety-focused team player who communicates effectively
Able to stay focused and productive under tight timelines
Flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime, including shifts of up to 12 hours

Physical Requirements

Standing and moving for 100% of the shift on a fast-paced, climate-controlled production floor
Bending, stooping, and stretching
Lifting and carrying up to 49 lbs. unassisted and 50+ lbs. with assistance
Using good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate equipment
