District Photo is seeking an experienced, hands-on Seasonal Production Supervisor to join our Beltsville, Maryland manufacturing team during our busiest production season!

We are looking for a motivated, dependable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage large production teams, and knows how to get results while maintaining quality, safety, and employee engagement.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production supervisor who is ready to jump in, make an immediate impact, and potentially transition into a permanent leadership role.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production goals, quality standards, and customer deadlines.
• Lead, motivate, and manage production employees in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Monitor production performance, productivity, staffing, attendance, and workflow.
• Make real-time adjustments to staffing and production priorities to meet changing demands.
• Ensure employees follow established safety procedures, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with other supervisors, managers, Quality, Maintenance, and HR to resolve operational challenges.
• Train, coach, and develop employees while maintaining accountability and positive team morale.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, quality, efficiency, and downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain smooth production operations during peak season.
