ATKG is seeking a Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator to support our fall recruiting season. This temporary role centers on conducting initial phone screenings for internship and entry-level candidates — a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants hands-on recruiting experience without event or travel commitments.
What You'll Do
- Conduct initial phone screenings for internship and entry-level candidates, evaluating them against ATKG’s established screening criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of candidate calls.
- Document screening results and candidate status in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Communicate professionally with candidates on scheduling and next steps.
- Partner with our recruiting team to advance qualified candidates quickly.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a high volume of candidates at once.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior recruiting, HR, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ATS experience preferred.
