Seasonal Rights Operations Coordinator
The Rights Operations Coordinator is responsible for the cataloging, maintenance, governance, and quality control of media assets and associated rights metadata, ensuring accurate content records, rights compliance, and efficient access to assets across the organization.
Essential Functions
- Catalog, organize, and maintain media assets and associated rights metadata within the Rights Management System (RMS).
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of asset, rights, and operational records through ongoing audits and quality control reviews.
- Support rights management activities, including data entry, record maintenance, documentation, and research.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of asset management, rights management, and other business operations systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and support business initiatives.
- Support system implementation, testing, data migration, training, and process improvement efforts.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with organizational policies, contractual obligations, and content rights requirements.
- Provide general business operations support and perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of operational or related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Foundational understanding of third‑party rights, licensing, and clearances.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience working in rights & clearances and/or business affairs is a plus.
- Experience with AirTable or similar systems.

Salary / Pay Range
