Seasonal Video Editor, Creative Marketing (REHIRES)
Summary/Objective:
The NFL is looking for a Seasonal Video Editor to join the Creative Marketing team. The ideal candidate will take ownership and responsibility from concept to delivery of on-air promotions, social media content and marketing features. Responsibilities will include editing promotions for NFL initiatives, NFL Network programming, products, and branding in a way that increases fan engagement and viewership. The individual in this role must demonstrate technical, organizational and creative expertise in all aspects of post-production.
Essential Functions:
- Edit various types of content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
- Handle critical deadlines and short turnarounds in a fast-paced production environment.
- Interact collaboratively and take direction in a 1-on-1 environment, as well as work independently.
- Full understanding of audio/video file formats, codecs, frame rates, resolutions, aspect ratios, compression and video delivery workflows.
- Ability to distinguish highlights and key moments from game broadcasts, NFL Network programming and social media that are ideal for promotional use.
Required Education and Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of edit experience at an editorial house, in-house advertising agency or in-house production studio.
Other Key Attributes / Characteristics:
- Strong understanding of National Football League events and storylines.
- Expert level skills in Adobe Premiere.
- Ability to distinguish what video and soundbites are best to edit.
- Must be a creative thinker.
- A successful candidate will have the ability to respond quickly on short deadlines.
- Must be able to respond positively to criticism and direction.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to take and follow direction.
- This position is focused on weekdays, but candidate must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends, holidays and off-hour shifts when needed.

- Varies on need, but shifts may range from Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, 12pm-9pm, 6pm-2am.
