Job Description
Join our team at the Atkinson Production Facility this upcoming harvest season! We're looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals to support our warehouse operations by safely operating forklifts and moving product throughout the facility.
Whether you have previous forklift experience or are interested in learning, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
Starting Pay by Shift
- 1st Shift: $17.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift: $19.00 per hour
Work Schedule
- 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available.
- Overtime may be required during Harvest Operations (September–October).
- Positions typically last approximately six weeks, with opportunities for additional work based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move seed corn throughout the warehouse.
- Load, unload, receive, and organize seed inventory.
- Stage products for shipping and production.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform inventory movement while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to support harvest operations.
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance throughout the harvest season.
