🙋🏻♂️ We are looking to hire a 2nd Kitchen Manager for our restaurant Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar does that sound good to you?
✖️ In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:
✅ Guarantee the best experience for the customer, taking care of the quality of our dish preparations.
✅ Train and develop the kitchen team, accompanying them in their growth.
✅ Carry out daily operations, screen control, ensuring that preparations, service and mise en place, productions and elaborations meet quality standards.
✅ Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety, cleaning, HACCP and OSH, keeping the kitchen ready to offer the best service.
🎁 What do we offer?
📆 Immediate start.
💼 Permanent contract.
⏰ 25-hour weekly schedule on a split shift (lunches and dinners).
💰 Salary according to Collective Agreement: €13,670.28 gross per year + incentives
💸 More variable pay based on achieving objectives.
🌴 2 days off per week.

📝 You will be the ideal profile if you have...
👥 You have at least 1 year of previous experience leading kitchen teams (if it is in casual dining, even better).
🍜 Desirable if you have experience in Asian cuisine and speed in cooking.
🦸♂️ Good leadership skills and care for the customer experience.
💻 Previous experience performing inventories, screen control, HACCP, shrinkage, stocks and audits.
⏰ You have full availability and you love the rhythm of the shift.
