We’re on the lookout for hospitality pros with a sharp eye and great instincts to visit venues and provide valuable feedback.

You’ll ideally have:

• Hospitality experience in Front of House or as a Chef

• Strong communication skills

• A detail-focused and observant approach

• The ability to assess ambience, service, marketing, and audience fit

• Confidence engaging with venue staff

Requirements:

• Smartphone with the Pass App

• Reliable transport

• Ability to submit your report within 48 hours of each visit
