About the Position: This position is located in Kadena Air Base Okinawa, Japan. Kadena Air Base is the largest and most active U.S. Air Force installation in East Asia. This position is not covered by a bargaining unit. Federal employees in Kadena Air Base Okinawa, Japan are currently entitled to receive a 0% (percentage is subject to change) Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary.

Compiles data for administrative reports

Verifies staff availability for work-related travel and school coverage

Distributes incoming and outgoing correspondence according to company policy

Directs calls and visitors to the appropriate party in an office setting

Review time and attendance records for school personnel

Use office automation tools to develop correspondence

Maintain calendars for school officials

Organize school records and files according to organizational policy
