- Serve as the first-line leader for cross-functional PLM teams, including process owners, business analysts, and solution experts.
- Coordinate planning, resource allocation, issue resolution, and progress tracking to ensure milestones and outcomes are met.
- Align PLM deliverables with program engineering schedules, manufacturing readiness, and certification gates.
- Act as the main liaison between PLM stakeholders and the IPDT leadership to ensure technical and business alignment.
- Support change management, training, and communication efforts to ensure successful PLM adoption and user readiness.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations and standards (e.g., AS9100, ITAR, configuration control).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PLM processes and toolsets based on user feedback and evolving program needs.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, system integrators, and functional leads to support data flow, interoperability, and integration across systems.
Key Contributions:
- Cross-functional team coordination
- Project delivery and milestone management
- Product development lifecycle awareness
- Stakeholder alignment and communication
- Digital engineering systems integration
- Process and data governance
How to thrive in this role?

- 3+ years of experience leading or coordinating PLM-related projects, preferably with Siemens Teamcenter or comparable systems.
- Strong understanding of aerospace lifecycle phases, engineering data management, and configuration management.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders within an IPDT framework.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or systems engineering (INCOSE).
- Experience with MBSE, digital twin/digital thread, or model-based product development.
- Experience with complex aerospace programs (e.g., commercial aircraft, defense platforms, space systems).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and export compliance (e.g., ITAR, EAR).
