- Leading RBCW commerical purchasing commerical team
- Define and implement category strategy, in cooperation with global cross-functional team.
- Steer E-Bidding list and New Awarding based on strategy to ensure target cost achievement.
- Work with the team to achieve MAT Target (BP, CF, YTD, YECC)
- Commercial expertise, technical competence and market knowledge for HAWA products
- Interface towards BU and outside BBM for HAWA related topic
- Bachelor degree
- 5+ years experience in automotive purchasing
- Strong communication skills, good at cross-functional collaboration;
- Strong analytical skill, presentation skill and influencing skill;
- Independent thinking and decision-making ability;
- Proactive, high problem solving ability.
