Job Responsibilities

Production & Team Management

  • Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets for output, quality, and efficiency are met.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of production supervisors, line leaders, and operators.
  • Monitor and optimize workflow, manpower allocation, and production schedules.
  • Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime
  • Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all shifts. Material & Inventory Management

Ensure proper handling and usage of MASK, DUMMY, and PROBE CARD materials.

  • Implement material tracking and waste reduction strategies.

Digital Transformation & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead digitalization initiatives to enhance production visibility and decision-making.
  • Implement data-driven production monitoring and reporting tools.
  • Drive automation and smart manufacturing improvements to optimize processes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, or other methodologies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop Power BI dashboards and digital reporting solutions for manufacturing performance, WIP visibility, downtime tracking, and operational decision support.
  • Support semiconductor digital transformation initiatives, including smart manufacturing, factory data integration, and real-time operation monitoring. MFG Running Mode Standardization
  • Develop and implement standardized MFG running mode across all production areas.
  • Ensure consistency in workflow, operational procedures, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production methodologies and best practices.

  • Work closely with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with planning and logistics teams to align production with business demands.
  • Support new product introductions and process enhancements. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, and downtime.
  • Generate regular reports and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech production environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance improvements.
  • Experience in digital transformation, smart manufacturing, and automation projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, manufacturing dashboards, or data visualization/reporting tools for operational monitoring and decision-making.
  • Experience leading or supporting semiconductor digital transformation initiatives, including factory digitalization, process visibility improvement, or manufacturing data integration projects.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule.
