Position title\: Quality Assurance Senior Engineer

Location\: Tokyo

Key responsibilities / functions\:

• Eliminate dissatisfaction by ensuring customer issues of UPS and network products are well managed and ultimately prevented
• Ensure a reliable process is operating to solve customer complaints fast and effectively
• Escalate customer issues to the right organization whenever needed
• Ensure all customer issues are regularly analyzed in order to identify top issues and launch projects to prevent them and to keep cycling PDCA.
• Drive the issue resolution with other organizations collaboratively in order to contain, analyze, correct, and prevent problems affecting customers.
• Lead execution of containment actions for known problems.
• Report the customers about root cause analysis and solution of the issues.
