Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain secure backend systems and APIs ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with security best practices.
- Reverse engineer binaries, applications, and services to identify vulnerabilities, exploits, and potential security weaknesses.
- Integrate security across all phases of the software development lifecycle in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Develop automation scripts and tools to support vulnerability assessment, debugging, and malware analysis.
- Conduct static and dynamic code analysis to identify insecure coding practices and strengthen system integrity.
- Partner with SOC and incident response teams to analyze suspicious binaries, malware, and threat artifacts.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and remediation strategies.
- Present complex technical findings in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Proficient in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Go, or Node.js.
- Strong command of frameworks such as Django, Flask, Spring Boot, Express, or FastAPI.
- Expertise in reverse engineering using tools like IDA Pro, Ghidra, Binary Ninja, or Radare2.
- Deep understanding of software vulnerabilities, secure coding principles, and exploit mitigation techniques.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerized platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps workflows.
- Certifications such as GREM, OSCP, GCFA, CEH, or CISSP are highly advantageous.
