Job Summary
The Secured Lending Sales Office is responsible for selling secured lending products to the clients. This role works closely with customers to understand their financial needs, assess eligibility and offer tailored lending solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the achievement of given target and contributes to the team's objectives and targets.

Assisting Account Officers/Branch personnel in handling client signing of loan documents.

Actively identify, prospect and generate new business opportunities in the secured lending market

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business and repeat sales

Work closely with underwriting to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing
Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course.

With at least 2 years' experience in selling secured loans such as home loan and mortgage
- Has familiarity and knowledge in consumer loan product and process
