About the Role
Are you a security-minded leader ready to shape the access governance strategy of a rapidly scaling tech ecosystem? We are looking for an experienced Security Access Management Team Lead to take ownership of our identity and access lifecycles, ensuring the highest standards of security across our infrastructure. This is a high-impact, on-site leadership position in Warsaw, Poland where you will define the standards for access control, mentor a dedicated team, and directly influence our organization’s security posture.

What You Will Do
- Lead and Mentor: Direct the daily operations of the Access Administration team, overseeing task distribution, prioritization, and professional development.
- Drive Governance: Implement, maintain, and refine Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles and comprehensive access policies across the organization.
- Manage Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end user access lifecycle, ensuring seamless and secure provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of accounts and permissions.
- Monitor and Mitigate: Actively monitor access activities, investigate potential security threats or incidents, and coordinate escalations to internal stakeholders.
- Audit and Optimize: Conduct regular access reviews and audits to identify vulnerabilities, ensuring strict adherence to the principle of least privilege.
- Optimize Performance: Track and report on SLA/KPI metrics, ensuring the team consistently meets operational targets and identifying areas for continuous process improvement.
- Evaluate Third-Party Security: Assess SaaS platforms and external services from an access management and security perspective to ensure alignment with company standards.
What You Bring
- Proven Leadership: At least 5+ years of experience in Information Security, with a minimum of 1 year in a Team Lead or management capacity.
- Core Security Expertise: Deep understanding of IAM, PAM, RBAC, least privilege methodologies, and modern access governance principles.
- Operational Excellence: Strong hands-on experience managing user lifecycles, access reviews, and audit requirements.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Proven ability to make critical decisions in urgent, complex scenarios and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business.
- Documentation & Reporting: A meticulous approach to maintaining process documentation and preparing performance reports.
- Nice to Have: Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, or similar tools, and relevant certifications like ISO 27001 or CISM.
