Location: Irving, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 Annual Salary

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Security Account Manager to oversee daily security operations at a large distribution and manufacturing facility in Irving, TX. The Security Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the client, security personnel, and company leadership while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, operational efficiency, and a safe working environment.

This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage security personnel, maintain client relationships, ensure compliance with site policies and procedures, and respond to incidents with sound judgment and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership experience, and the ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all security operations at the assigned facility.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and security team.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and develop security personnel.
  • Ensure staffing levels are maintained and schedules are effectively managed.
  • Conduct routine facility inspections and security audits.
  • Perform interior and exterior patrols to identify and address security concerns.
  • Monitor compliance with site policies, post orders, and company procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and review detailed incident reports, logs, and operational documentation.
  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records related to personnel performance, attendance, and operational activities.
  • Foster positive relationships with client representatives, visitors, employees, and vendors.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure all assigned personnel maintain professional appearance and conduct.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of security, military, law enforcement, or relevant customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional punctuality, attendance, and reliability.
  • Professional appearance with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and initiative.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email, report writing, and data entry.
  • Ability to write detailed, accurate, and comprehensive incident reports.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background investigation and drug screening.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to conduct frequent interior and exterior patrols.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and other environmental elements.
  • Ability to climb and descend multiple flights of stairs during the course of a shift.
  • Ability to respond quickly to incidents and emergencies as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing security operations within a manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or industrial environment.
  • Experience with workforce scheduling, employee coaching, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and maintain service excellence.
