The Opportunity
We are seeking a professional, service-oriented Security Agent to join our team at a high-profile downtown hospitality property with 24/7 security operations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment and understand that hospitality security is built on visibility, professionalism, and exceptional guest interaction.
Our Security Agents are responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests, associates, and visitors while upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism.
This is an hourly position with a compensation of $23.14 per hour.

Key Responsibilities\:
Provide a visible security presence throughout the property, including lobby, public areas, back-of-house, and parking facilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while enforcing property policies and procedures.
Conduct routine patrols and safety inspections
Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and safety concerns
Write clear, accurate, and detailed incident reports
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Communicate effectively with guests, team members, management, and first responders
Support emergency response procedures and life safety protocols
Abide by Post Orders and organizational standards
