Security Analyst

Summary

Implement and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions like IAM, PAM, and SSO while troubleshooting issues and supporting customer deployments.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Security Analyst / Security Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in IT security solutions, preferably in Identity Security. The successful candidate will support the implementation, integration and maintenance of Identity and Access Management solutions for enterprise customers while developing expertise in Cybersecurity best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation, configuration and support of Identity Security solutions, including:
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) (preferred)
  • Participate in customer workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
  • Support solution deployment, testing, troubleshooting and user acceptance activities.
  • Assist with system integration using LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), REST APIs, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and SCIM where applicable.
  • Perform user provisioning, access reviews, and identity lifecycle management tasks.
  • Monitor system performance, investigate incidents and resolve technical issues within agreed service levels.
  • Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide post-implementation support and assist with system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, identity security technologies and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants, project managers and customer IT teams to deliver successful projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT security or system administration, preferably in Identity and Access Management or related technologies.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise authentication and authorization concepts.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following:
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Identity Governance (IGA)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Basic understanding of authentication protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SCIM
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, firewalls)
  • Experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar scripting languages is an advantage

  • ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)
