Security Analyst (Penetration Testing focused)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including procurement of office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance;

• Prepare administrative reports and conduct data analysis as required;

• Assist with reception duties when needed, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling courier and mailing services;

• Maintain filing and record-keeping systems, and perform periodic stock-taking of administrative items such as fixed assets and office equipment;

• Assist in organizing company events and activities;

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline;

• Around 2-3 years of relevant working experience in office administration;

• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a courteous and service-oriented attitude towards different stakeholders;

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
