For our client, a large international organisation in a regulated industry, we are looking for a Security Architect to shape how AI platforms and models are secured across the enterprise. You will join a central IT security function and help define security for AI workloads in cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments.
What you’ll be doing
- Building security reference architectures and blueprints for infrastructure that hosts AI/ML workloads
- Setting architectural standards and reusable security patterns across cloud, hybrid and on-prem environments
- Securing traffic between applications, models, inference endpoints, APIs and data platforms
- Applying Zero Trust and least-privilege principles at the network and infrastructure layers
- Running threat modelling and technical security reviews of platforms and infrastructure designs
- Turning security requirements into automated guardrails delivered through IaC and CI/CD
- Advising on the selection and integration of network, cloud and AI security tooling
- Working with platform, cloud, DevOps, network, data and ML engineering teams
- Acting as a technical authority and mentor for other architects and engineers
Requirements
- A solid background in infrastructure and network security
- Hands-on experience designing secure architectures on at least one major public cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Practical knowledge of AI gateway / LLM gateway solutions
- Good understanding of Kubernetes and container platform security
- IAM expertise at the infrastructure level: workload identity, service-to-service authentication, secrets management
- A design approach grounded in Zero Trust, defence-in-depth and secure-by-design
- Comfort working at enterprise architecture level while still going deep on technical details such as firewall rules, gateway configuration and traffic flows
- Familiarity with AI-specific infrastructure risks, including:
- model hosting
- inference security
- workload isolation
- access to models and data
- integration with enterprise systems
- use of external/third-party models
- A track record of driving architecture decisions across multiple engineering teams
- Fluent English (C1+)
Benefits
- A senior, high-impact role in a global organisation
- An international team and stakeholders
- Remote work with occasional office presence in Wrocław
- Standard employment contract or long term B2B and a full benefits package (medical care, sports card, insurance and more)
