Security Architect

The Security Architect provides guidance on secure design, architecture patterns, and risk management for a large client. The role involves collaborating with delivery teams to implement security controls across cloud and infrastructure environments.

emagine is seeking a Security Architect to provide guidance on security architecture across various projects, platforms, and technology initiatives for a big client. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical security background, solid understanding of various security domains, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide security architecture guidance to ensure secure design across projects.

  • Advise on security controls, architecture patterns, identity and access management, cloud security, and network security.

  • Work closely with architects and delivery teams to incorporate security requirements early in the development process.

  • Identify security risks and recommend practical controls.

  • Explain security concepts clearly to various stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong technical security background with experience in complex enterprise environments.

  • Solid understanding of infrastructure security, application security, cloud security, and identity and access management.

  • Able to identify security risks and recommend actionable solutions.

  • Profile comparable to OSCP with knowledge at CISSP level or equivalent preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and security monitoring technologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with security governance and risk management.

  • Experience with architecture documentation tools like Jira and Confluence.
