Security & Cloud Engineer

Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver cybersecurity and cloud technical services to new and existing customers

• Implement, configure, maintain and support cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions

• Build customised demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) / Proof of Value (POVs) to customers

• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and solution briefings to customers

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues relating to cloud infrastructure, network security and cybersecurity solutions

• Monitor, analyse and respond to security alerts, incidents and potential threats

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of security solutions, including firewalls, endpoint security, web application security and cloud security solutions

• Support customers in maintaining the security, availability and performance of their cloud environments

• Prepare technical documentation, implementation reports and service reports where required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience in cybersecurity, cloud implementation, technical support or related fields

• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, network security, firewalls and security monitoring

• Relevant cybersecurity or cloud certifications will be an advantage

• Team player with good communication, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills

• Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

• Good foundation in information technology trends and developments

Working Hours:
9:00am to 6:00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
