Infront Security is looking for Security Monitoring Officers who share our vision for “getting it right, first time”. You will be responsible for remotely monitoring the security of critical infrastructure throughout Queensland.

About the job

We are looking for people who enjoy providing exceptional customer service to our clients by:

  • Utilising CCTV, monitor, investigate, report and secure critical infrastructure and assets across QLD;
  • Remotely operate access control/alarm systems, including programming of access permissions:
  • Monitor and respond to alarms from sites across QLD;
  • Respond to incidents and provide detailed reports;
  • Conduct investigations into security related matters as required


Requirements

What we need from you:

  • Hold a current QLD Security Licence -Monitoring and Unarmed;
  • Outstanding attention to detail, and “can do” attitude
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills;
  • Work well under pressure and multi-task;
  • Have a high level of computer proficiency;
  • Be willing to work a rotating roster; and,
  • Enjoy working within a team, as well as independently.
