• Security Duty: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Office Cleaning Duty: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, and diligent Night Security Guard cum Office Cleaner to ensure the safety and security of our manufacturing facility specializing in ducting and piping works. The successful candidate will monitor and protect company property during the night shift and perform office cleaning duties after security hours to maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Security Duties (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

• Monitor and safeguard the factory premises, offices, equipment, materials, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols of the factory and surrounding areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or safety hazards.
• Control and record the entry and exit of visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Inspect gates, doors, windows, and perimeter fencing to ensure all areas are secure.
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and security equipment where applicable.
• Report suspicious activities, security incidents, accidents, or emergencies to management immediately.
• Maintain accurate security logs, visitor records, and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with company security procedures and safety regulations.
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations, including fire alarms and security breaches.

Cleaning Duties (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM)

• Clean and maintain office areas, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust office premises.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish consumable supplies.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Clean windows, glass panels, desks, and office furniture as required.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or cleaning supply shortages to management.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security, facility maintenance, or cleaning services is an advantage.
• Able to work independently during night shifts.
• Physically fit and capable of performing security patrols and cleaning duties.
• Honest, reliable, and attentive to detail.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and security procedures.
• Ability to remain alert and respond effectively to emergencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Security Guard License (if required by local regulations).
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency response procedures.
