Your role as Security Demo Technical Engineer

You’ll serve as the technical resource responsible for maintaining and evolving the Security experience within the client's demo environment. In this role, you’ll own the Security-specific technical maintenance and evolution of that environment, helping ensure client field sellers have access to current, reliable, live Security demos.

You’ll work across the client’s Security technology stack to maintain and troubleshoot the live environment, support technical integrations and configurations, and partner with Security demo owners and product stakeholders as products, capabilities, and demo scenarios evolve. Your work will help ensure the Security experience remains stable, current, and ready for field use at scale.

How you’ll contribute

• Maintain and troubleshoot the Security components of the Caldova Live tenant.
• Keep Security demos current with the latest client Security products, capabilities, and narratives.
• Support integration and configuration across the client’s Security technology stack.
• Partner with Security demo owners and product stakeholders on updates and new demo scenarios.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support implementation needs across the live demo environment.
• Help ensure the Security environment remains stable, reliable, and ready for field use at scale.

Your skills and approach:

• Deep technical knowledge of the client’s Security technology stack.
• Relevant Security certification or equivalent hands-on expertise.
• Experience with KQL, Azure APIs, and Foundry/AI technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical implementation skills.
• Comfortable working across rapidly evolving products and demo environments.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is $65 to $85 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to this position and may vary for other roles.
