Responsibilities for a Security Dispatcher

Oversee communications in selected geographic areas

Respond to service requests and provide information

Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities

Record and maintain data and dispatch information

Confirm guards for shifts/sites
- Communicate with National Service Desk on coverage

Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner
Qualifications for a Security Dispatcher
- Computer proficiency required / strong computer skills.

Customer service-oriented; customer service experience is an asset.

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Available 24/7 to adhere to rotational shifts

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
