#### How you will keep our systems secure At AFAS ICT we make sure everything related to IT works. We arrange the right software and hardware so that colleagues and customers can do their work well. As a security engineer, you work on the security of our infrastructure, systems and software. You make risks visible and translate them into concrete actions. You do this together with colleagues, security partners and product development. In addition, you critically examine how things are set up. _Is this still correct? Can this be done better?_ Sometimes you dig deep into the technology. Sometimes you make others aware of risks or answer a difficult question. Among other things, you are occupied with: - Improving and implementing security measures - Analyzing and following up on incidents - Detecting and resolving vulnerabilities - Translating threats into concrete actions - Testing systems with a hacker mindset You think not only in solutions, but also in risks. You also dare to make these discussable. And when it is necessary? Then you are there. Also outside working hours. Not because it has to, but because you understand what is at stake.
