Security Engineer
The Senior Security Systems Engineer shall be responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all security systems across the project. The role involves managing the technical delivery of integrated security solutions, including CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS), Visitor Management Systems (VMS), Security Command & Control Systems, PSIM Platforms, Intercom Systems, Security Networks, and associated interfaces with other building systems. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, authorities, specialist subcontractors, and technology vendors to ensure security systems are delivered in accordance with project specifications, security strategies, operational requirements, applicable regulations, and international best practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • Minimum 10 years of experience in security systems engineering and construction. • Proven experience in large-scale developments such as airports, stadiums, arenas, high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, government facilities, transportation hubs, or critical infrastructure projects. • Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is preferred. • Experience on Diriyah projects will be considered a significant advantage. • Strong knowledge of integrated security systems, security operations, and physical security technologies. • Experience with CCTV, ACS, IDS, PIDS, PSIM, Security Command Centers, Video Management Systems (VMS), Visitor Management Systems, and integrated security platforms. • Familiarity with international security standards and best practices. • Experience in design review, technical coordination, procurement support, installation supervision, testing, commissioning, and system integration. • Experience working with major security technology providers and system integrators. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and BIM-related software. • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
