What You'll Do:
- Analyze the threat landscape and implement appropriate security controls.
- Operate and maintain production security systems.
- Manage security changes across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-prem environments.
- Develop and implement automated, scalable security processes and controls.
- Oversee and monitor organization-wide security practices.
- Drive security as a business enabler.
- Lead and mentor team members in security operations and best practices.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: At least 5 years in security engineering. (Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior Security Operations Engineer role.)
- Expertise: Broad knowledge of security engineering concepts and practices.
- Leadership: Experience mentoring or leading in the cybersecurity field.
- Technical Skills: Strong foundations in operating systems, cloud, and network engineering.
- Offensive Security: Understanding security from an adversary's perspective.
