Security Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer to join our team in the Mumbai region of Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security practices and technologies, with a focus on vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), as well as experience in CI/CD processes. The Security Engineer will be responsible for implementing security measures to protect our systems and data, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards and the Data Protection and Digital Privacy (DPDP) regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses in our systems. - Collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices into the CI/CD pipeline. - Develop and maintain security policies and procedures in line with ISO 27001 and DPDP requirements. - Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents in a timely manner. - Provide training and guidance to staff on security best practices and awareness. - Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends to proactively enhance our security posture. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of VAPT methodologies and tools. - Proficiency in CI/CD practices and tools. - Experience with Kali Linux and scripting languages such as Python and Shell. - Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards and DPDP regulations. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
